WHAT'S INCLUDED: One (1) N716-19-20-10.5J Hannay spring rewind hose reel. The reel is made from heavy gauge steel and will come painted in a durable graphite gray paint. The reel comes with a pre-installed 1/2" swivel joint. The rollers will come in the position you see in the picture which is a TR roller position and are suitable for most situations. This is a package deal so you will also receive a pre-installed 1/2" x 50' 280 PSI hose and hose stop.

- QUALITY: The N700 Series hose reel is supported by a dual support frame and maintenance-free dual precision-grade bearings that have a load capacity rated to 2800 pounds for smooth rotation. The bearings have upgraded rubber seals to keep dirt and dust out. The Hannay N700 hose reel has heavy gauge steel construction for maximum durability and the fluid path is contoured to match the curve of the reel so hose will wrap smoothly around the drum.
- DURABILITY: Hannay reels are built with durability in mind. Heavy gauge rolled-edge discs for extra rigidity, a continuous fluid path for additional strength and less leaks, and a steel dual frame gives superior support to the hose reel. A ratchet locking assembly is standard to prevent jamming and lock out, so the hose reel is always working for you.
- SERVICEABILITY: Hannay spring rewind hose reels are equipped with a fully enclosed external spring motor for easy and safe maintenance and replacement. Externally mounted 90-degree steel swivel joints are quickly accessible for lubrication and seal replacement. Four-way roller assemblies can be easily replaced so you don’t have to buy a new hose reel. Almost every single part on the hose reel is readily available and can be easily replaced or serviced.
Hannay Reels N700 series spring retractable oil, water or air hose reels can accommodate hoses with an ID (internal diameter) between 1/4" through 1/2". These industrial duty hose reels are constructed from heavy gauge steel that is finished in a durable graphite gray paint consisting of an e-coat base with a two-coat oven-cured enamel finish to weather the elements. Uses include lubrication, air, water, steam, assembly operations, washdown, air tools, and general industrial applications.
The Hannay N700 series reel has a narrow frame and a compact base for versatile mounting options on vehicles, factories or in shops. Non-sparking ratchet assembly and declutching arbor prevent damage from reverse winding.
Inlet at the swivel joint is a 90-degree balanced pressure swivel joint with 1/2" female NPT threads. Outlet on the drum of the reel where the hose attaches has 1/2" female NPT threads. This reel can handle pressures up to 3000 psi (207 bar) and temperatures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to +400 degrees Fahrenheit. The Hannay N700 series hose reel comes with a 4-way roller assembly to guide the hose smoothly in all directions.
Customizable Roller Positions
Repositionable rollers allow the hose to pay out of the reel in the exact direction you need depending on how the reel is mounted.
Roller Position SR
- Reel will be installed in the upright position at any point from floor to eye level.
- Reel will be installed on a wall with hose/cable to be retracted close to the wall.
- Reel will be installed on ceiling and hose/cable will pay out parallel to and across the ceiling.
- Reel will be installed on truck bed or workbench with hose coming off of the bottom of the reel.
Roller Position VR
- Reel will be installed in the upright position and hose/cable will be pulled straight up from the reel.
- Reel will be installed on ceiling to lift hose/cable, like in a lube shop.
- Reel will be installed on a wall with hose/cable to be pulled straight out forward.
Roller Position TR
- Reel will be installed in the upright position at any point from floor to eye level.
- Reel will be installed on floor.
- Reel will be installed on ceiling with hose/cable to pay out parallel to the ceiling.
